Dear Task Force members:

Last evening, if you listened,  I praised the Task Force wins, and I pointed out comparisons of the data.
It is common sense that going from 4-6 units per acre up to a max of 30 or 35 or 75 or 80 units per acre requires SEPA review to ensure that environmental impacts are properly addressed.  If you take time to scan the Appeal, you will see there are many environmental issues raised by high densities in the Highlands.  One that comes quickly to mind is the water pressure, but there are others.

I ask you to look at the facts.  And if you want to discuss facts and data with me, I'm always available.

Sincerely,
Inez
